Oil Leak
« on: October 17, 2003, 10:12:24 AM »

[smiley=nixweiss.gif]What was the old saying,"A Harley always leaves its mark".  With 350 miles, my bike is leaking oil between the engine and the transmission.  The leak is bad enough that it left a nice size spot on the ground where I parked it.

Got any photos of it? I think others will want to keep an eye out for it when they get theirs delivered.  >:(

Hey liketoride,  although mine has a little "weeping", but not really a leak between the engine and trasmission, I have 11,000 mikes on mine!

Sorry, but with only 350 miles, sounds like a trip to the dealer for some warraty work.

Hey, I live in Marietta.  What dealer do you deal with?

Same problem here......oil leak between the primary case and engine. Pinched gasket is what the dealer claimed.
