AC Backing plate boring
« on: May 17, 2018, 08:25:13 PM »

I have a 58 mm throttle body on the bike and noticed the backing plate is a choke point. How is everyone boring the plate out to match the throttle body?

Harley sells them? I ordered a set of the air filters from Tilleys but are on backorder. They only have the 3 studs and filter element.

I made a fixture for my lathe out of a stock TB that I donated the guts out of.  Before that I used my mill.
