flush mount gas cap and gauge

Anyone else having a challenge with this ? I'm on my 3rd set, they keep replacing them under warranty and the bulbs keep going out.........

Is that the one with the blue leds? I installed that set in my wife's 04 Flhri couple weeks ago (250+-miles), and, of course it's no more accurate than the old fool guage, but she likes the looks. 
 :o So, you're saying the leds are going out? damhell. We'll keep an eye on 'em.

You might want to check wires for chaffing. but I guess MoCo probably already did this.
