Didn't forget to plug them back in after cleaning?

Could be the amp.....or check the pins on the big plug at the saddlebag. if it was not plugged in perfectly straight it may have bent one of the pins in the connector on the saddlebag side. It happened on my bike when it was new.

A software update might fix your issue. Find out here  https://www.harley-davidson.com/us/en/owners/audio-navigation.html

Check both saddle bag plugs, I forgot to plug one in after having saddle bag off for cleaning, I had no sound from SB speakers and also the fader didn't work.

Guys, thanks much.  Dumb mistake, but I found the left bag plugged in, but not all the way.  I took it apart, checked it, and plugged it back in making sure the yellow clip seated all the way down.  Turned it back on and all is good.

Thanks guys,
