19" Agitator for CUSE4

I have read a few posts on this subject but no clear answer why HD does not list the Ultra / CUSE4 as an approved bike for the 19" Front, chrome Agitator. All 3 dealers have been able to tell me is that the wheel doesn't meet the spec for the Ultra. If this wheel is approved for the SESG2, which obviously can be essentially converted to an Ultra, why isn't the wheel listed for the CUSE? Any new thoughts?

Wheels have been ordered, hopefully have them in a week and install next weekend. Post pics when complete. Ordered from Hal's HD in Wisconson, nice people.
