The center stand for Road Glide 2009+ up, part no: 91573-09A

Anyone able to point me to a link for the manual and or service installation sheet. I took the Chrome feet and foot press area off to be powder coated and before I start experimenting I wanted to see if instructions on how to install the spring when reassembling is achieved.

Can you add a picture of the parts with spring so I can see what the type of spring it is.
Seems everything I looked at with the part number provided doesn't show a spring , And all the pictures look like the one you provided making me think the picture is in the retracted position.
Was it a stretch spring exposed like the kickstand or inside the mounting bracket  with a spring like the picture below?

The exploded view didn't look helpful for question on springs though.  Also found the image below that will hopefully be more help.

Thanks everyone. I did get the center stand with big stiff spring put back together. The spring looked very much like a jiffy stand spring. However, it fit over an internal shaft with holes for retainer pins and the tube has a post to which one side of the spring hooks to that pin. Then the shaft has a machined slot on the end nearest the pin for rotation with a large standard screwdriver. The rotation of the shaft causes the spring to load. Then the trick was to use the end of a punch to locate and hold the spring wound shaft in place to insert the two ends/feet. A little bit of grappling with a punch, screwdriver, and centering the shaft in the tube allowed for the insertion of the tubes/feet. Now I have a blackout center stand. Phew... $100 to powdercoat the two chromed feet.

I deconstructed my 2nd center stand for all of you to see the spring, retaining pins, and shaft.

Hell, Could have shipped it to me, paid the $$ and shipped it back for 1/2 that or less. Guy only charged me $5 to PC black my pitted up 12 year old shift linkage.
