Wow Naitraum,  Nice Job.   Anyway to tell how this will relate to the distance the light will provide at night? My understanding is the low beam gives side to side lighting while the high beam is for the distance down the road. Never liked the SERK light and want to replace it.  Can I borrow your shop assistant?  8)

It's hard to tell in the daylight pics Neal.  Did you go with 6000k or 8000k lights?  Either way you're going to love the amount of light you're throwing down the road.  Pardon the pun, but it's a night and day difference.

Just in case you run in to the same thing that several have with that light housing on the SEEGs you might note the following.  The top headlight adjustor might need some work.  It may not adjust high enough to be able to adust it to an effective range.  Just spin the screw all the way out and take the spring to a ginder.  Might have to take as much as three coils or so off of it should it be as far out as it has been on some of the SEEGs.  Then you'll have plenty of adjustment range though.

finally got around to relocating things to better locations, headlight sits alt the way into the bucket now and doenst require a crowbar to get the trim ring on and off,

i didnt take any pics but what i did was put the ignitors on the forks wrapped some duct around them they fit nicely between the front of the forks near the upper passing lamp/windhield and the front contour of the nacelle

Forgiveness my ignorance.  I am preparing on installing the aux lights on my SERK (looks funny without it) and will eventually do the H-D HID upgrade...

Are all the aux lighting bulbs sealed beams?

Or can you get some Silvania Silverstars or a super white/blue-type bulb that may match the HID a little better?

Might consider checking with HD-Dude regarding the HID light package he's offering.  Really a better package and a better bargain than the Harley branded HID light.
