What is the new CVO Garage I was contacted about?

Cany anyone tell me what the CVO Garage is?  I read some information a while back about some folks wanting to split off from the cvoharley site,  maybe that's it?

I was contacted by HOIST as well. To be honest I have not gone and checked it out yet.
What was the reason for the split? Was it like the folks on Harley Shop Talk looking for more political freedom, or just a greener grazing pasture?
