I believe magoo was right on the money here, they have to be thinking of cartridge type shocks thats on regular electra glides. That could explain the 2 1/2 hr labor and oil concerns. [smiley=nixweiss.gif]

So's I called another stealer and their quote was <<<1 hour>>> labor.....leads me to believe the stealers pull these quotes outta their azz.

So I asked my stealer about changing out the front fork oil today for thicker stuff, as I figured it would be easy with them pulling the radio (left speaker shorting out).

I disagree if you are a big guy like myself go with the screamin Eagle fork oil the damping in the forks is better and you will love the ride firm but not harse.

We use a Custom chrome tank & fender protector bra for maintenance.  Believe me one slip is too many!
