I had a Signal Dynamics Diamond Star modulator on the old Trike.  It was installed when we built the scoot in January 2004 and was on an UltraClassic, but I don't know why it would not work on the SERK.  You get some mighty strange reactions from folks coming toward you, but I guess that means they noticed you, so i am all for them.  Signal Dynamics provides you with a copy of the letter from the US Attorney General stating they are legal in all 50 states and no state, town, city, county, etc can pass a law outlawing them.  They have a website - www.customdynamics.com/.

I was looking at that one, but I have the 2007 with the separate lo/high beam and didn't see their model that does both bulbs.
