hello  all  again ; i  am taking  all this  in  and  i  am  a  hot  head  threw the  years but getting  mild as the  years go on .. in over 25  years i have  had 2 mishaps , this  one  which is pretty bad but no injuries , and another mild one  that was a drop on gravel at 10 mph.. WHAT WOULD THEY DO IF THERE WAS A DEATH OR VEG  CASE...

When taking out the coverage did you ask the agent if coverage as described included the types accessory and apparel items you mentioned?  If you nor he remember it might be worth asking him the question again in the context of the time the policy was purchased.

Even if the policy contract itself allows the company some wiggle room agency law might not.  It's relatively common that, especially in areas where common sense or gray areas might lean in your favor anyway, states apply agency law.  If an agent of the insurance company tells you something the policy will cover and it seems reasonable and isn't obviously contradicted by the policy the company can likely be bound to it.  If you can get the agent to admit he made the statement.

Same deal then.  Call the number for HD cycle insurance.  Generically ask them if the policy would cover the things you're concerned about.  Record the call on your answering machine (in some states you need to ask them if they mind if you do this).  In an attempt to sell a policy they'll likely tell you yes.  Play that for the adjuster's boss.

Jeff, with 3 1/2 pages including a bent frame and an uncrecoverable tour pak it sounds as if you should be hoping it's declared a total loss.  If that happens you get to be in the enviable position of picking whatever you like; on someone else's dime.

Jeff, everyone's tastes and preferences are their own of course.  Purely for sake of appearance, however, your anniversary choice also happens to be my favorite of the current crop.  Hope it works out how you want it to.

Sorry to hear about your accident and glad to hear you're both on the mend.  As far as the 08 anniversary SEUC, there will be 1800 individually numbered produced in those colors, worldwide.  That will actually be the most produced color for the SEUC's this year, and IMHO, that is the best color for this years SEUCs.

hello ;  red  deveil ,  where  did  you get  that  figure  from ?  because  i  heard  from a friend that is a  white collar  at  the  juneau  plant and  a  owner of a dealership , that of the
     08 ANN CUSE ...  there will be only 1 per dealer except a select few that will  get 2 ..  out  of  640 dealers  world  wide and a total of 720 of those bikes made...  please tell me ;;; maybe there is  bulls**t  flying  here !!!!  I WOULD HOPE  THAT THESE 2 OF MY FRIENDS WOULD  NOT DO THIS TO ME !!!!
