Navigation system instructions
« on: July 24, 2007, 06:46:47 AM »

I have bought a 2007 Cvo Ultra and the stealer did not give me the instructions for the navigation system saying that he called HD Italy and they have told him that they are "Optional" !!!!!! Is this against the law ? Did you receive the instructions with the bike ?
Thank you for the answers ! >:( >:( >:(

Andy,

The manuel for Audio/GPS is not an option.
Your dealer need to ask the manual and you'll received one in english and later a copy of a translation in italian.
It's included in the price of your bike.

I send you a copy PDF in english, give me you e-mail address.

Hi: I'm Juan Gandara from Obregon, Sonora, Mexico and recently buy a FLHTCUSE2 Black Ice/Orange, and also came without navigation cd and instructions, even without garage door opener and without XM module, saying it's international, but my international owner's manual mention everything as standard features with descriptions and photos, as international FLHTCUSE2 brochures mention all equipment as standard. Now, I doubt if it's 110, because is international. Are international bikes "semi-Harleys" or sub-Harleys"? The price is real 100% full Harley(USD$40,800). What can I do? There's one month ago and no answer from international department in Harley USA, via my dealer in Mexico.

Good afternoon Juan !

:welcome_005: on the CVO website !

It would be nice for the other members if you present you in the thread "New member Introduction" with a pic of your bike  :2vrolijk_21:

If you've an International model, your bike is not a sub-Harley, you've a complete bike with :
- a 110ci and his problems of heat and later head gaskets
- two flaps , one in the A/C and other in the exhaust (only International Models )
- a nice trim on your front fender (only International Models )
- navigation CD and manual
All included in the full price.

but without :
- garage door opener ( It's not homologated )
- XM module (The XM satellite is not in Europe and in others countries)

I know not the organisation of your area but in France, we have HD France and after HD Europe before HD US.
My dealer works only with HD France.

Good luck !

Best regards
