Got to explain myself a bit. Riding from one town to another via beautiful mountain road. It goes higher but nothing crucial about 1.3 km or 0.8 miles or 4.2 thousand feet high. Raining. Suddenly we see snow around us. Then on the road.

Basically we chosen to turn back and took a highway via tunnel. One of the group decided to go all the way. Said that it continued for 17 km or 10 miles. He dropped the bike many times etc.

I managed to do it all without dropping the bike. But going down was on two wheels and two legs acting like skis. Obviously no brakes or the bike would fall.

The rain been there done that., BUT the snow no go, never never never never never ever do I want to do that.
