I am trying to put together some info that might help...

taking temps on rear jug after riding (Immediate) and noting temps

Ex   I rode sunday in early temps (ambient outside) around 44 deg and rear jug on 110 on right side where gasket is ran 305 deg

on another bike std ultra 2008 stock ran 255 deg   and a tuned 96 cid ultra 2007 ran 220 deg

i will keep with this to see what happens

I'm not really sure where we left off with it. Maybe we accepted that the 110's run hotter than other Harleys.  :nixweiss:

I tried this to resolve the rear heat issue.  It did not work.  Went with TMAT and the problem is now gone.
