I used mine regularly in the spring when riding to work in the cold mornings - but then did not use them at all until this fall - when the morning temperatures dropped.  When I tried to use them this fall - they no longer worked.  I have been busy getting my motor rebuild lined up, so I haven't looked in to the problem yet...probably another project for this winter...

I fairly sure mine are close to failing.  Last time I used them, they were cooler than I remember.  I reckon I'll find out when we leave for MV.  Not sure what I'm gonna do just yet.  If they have a little life left in 'em, then I'll run 'em til they quit.  Other than that..........I've done without them all these years; might just forget 'em.  Dunno yet.  We'll see.

Henry...if I had done all the mods to the bars on my bike, like the Legend switch, etc, I would have made them cover under warranty at least once.  But, I just didn't want their ill trained Chimps messing around with my new handlebars and internal wiring.

The Heat Demons are an easy install on our bikes, as power is readily available.  They seem to work well too.

Yeah, I know, but I'm out of warranty now, and knowing how the MOCO is, I'm certain they'd deny the claim under my remaining 4 years of ESP.  Plus, I'd have to let them do the work.  Not too sure I want ANYONE from MOCO getting within 10 feet of my bike at this point.  I'd rather buy them anddo it myself......or pay Dennis to do it.  Might as well see how much $ I can get back on the remaining ESP.

Yessir.  He, and my personal experiences with others from his mold, strike fear in my heart for my green bike.
