There was a topic a while back about HD rintones, seems the MOCO was listening. HD's website has these ringtones and wallpapers for download.

You can change cell providers and take your current phone number with you.

That you can, but I wouldn't change for a ringtone.

Price, Service, Coverage are more important IMHO.
