T-man does some very nice work. If you are close enough to stop in his shop I would do so. We also do a fair amount of the CVO heads and have found some very packages that produce great power, in the rpm range that is usable.  We have found the best way is not just porting but in fact welding the head and then porting as the port is too large to produce great velocity in the low lift range on the cam. Once welded they pull extremely hard from low rpms to redline. Basic packages that will produce over 120's are the normal.

We feel that money well spent in correct head porting is by far the best money you will spend as far as performance goes.

What do you do in the Combustion Chamber?

See Steve's (GMR-Performance) post on his head work. http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?topic=17044.msg271260#msg271260

I have talked with him on the phone and email.  He seems to be on to something here. He's a no BS guy. Looking at GMR and / or T-man for my build package. Talking with my builder today with different ideas on my build. I'll be posting my options soon.
