We have an Interstate 6x10 single axle trailer we just bought (Hauled home our SEUC 300 miles in October). My wife and I purchased 6' x 20' of kitchen/bathroom vinyl flooring - the kind with a textured surface, it looks like pavers. We carefully fitted in the vinyl, cutting and measuring using an 8' straight edge (aluminum extrusion). We used a serrated trowel to put down the vinyl glue. We bought enough footage to do the door, which also serves as a ramp to load the bike(s). We used an awl to punch through the vinyl to relocate all of the "D" Ring hardware and Pingle Chock locations. We then glued on 3" rubber base around the inside perimeter for the finishing tough. The floor is very durable and looks great. We did a nice job, er uh, my wife did a nice job. We plan to carpet the sides next. One thing I can tell you is if you decide to go this route it is more time consuming than we ever thought. Good luck with your choice.
