My buddy had the 110" upgrade done to his 07 ultra. It went 14k before it started leaking(rear head) I guess it's not a "CVO" only problem. The worst part is that after spending the cubic dollars for the kit and install the  poor guy got his butt spanked(badly) by my 103" SEEG. The pickle is hot!!

To the original question of the thread, I copied the '07 FLHTCUSE parts books' pages on the CVO 110 and the parts shown in the kit breakdown for the 110" kit (29866-07A) in the P&A catalog and compared major components--I did not check the crank as this is a seperate purchase item for the 110 kit if doing an 88 or using the stock crank in the 96.  The CVO crank is PN 23739-07; don't know if this is the same crank used in the 96.

The cylinders are the same (PN 17285-07); the pistons are the same (PN 22284-07); the cams are the same (PN 25638-07, SE 255); the valves, etc. in the heads are the same; the part numbers for the heads themselves are, however, different:  Kit heads are 17251-07 (front), 17252-07 (rear); CVO 17253-07 (front), 17257-07 (rear).

I didn't bother to check other components.  Note, the 110" kit suggests replacing the OEM cylinder studs with SE High Tensile Studs (16505-01).

The instructions for the 110" kit come with very specific case boring instructions and specs--personally, I think it unlikely that there is a 110" specific case; MOCO probably does the same thing with the stock case per the specs in the kit instructions and assigns the modified case a part number.

Perhaps someone else can shed light on the heads.
