Two t-shirts with my SERK, didn't get to choose them either, just "I got mine at..."  Got a Christmas card this year though.

I asked for 2 helmets.  Was refused.  I asked for a Screamin Eagle baseball cap.  Got that and a T-shirt.  I bought the helmets from a different dealer out of principle.  I bought the most expensive bike HD had ever produced (up until that point) and they could only spare about $15 worth of merchandise (at cost).

When I bought my '85 LTD Goldwing, Honda sent me and my wife each  really niced color matched jackets for the bike.  That bike cost me $10,000.  You'd think the MoCo could at least do something like that.

Some really great ideas, Big B.  I think Harley's sales would go through the roof and we could all ride with alot more confidence in the product.   :huepfenjump3:
