Not making excuses for Jim......he doesn't need any.  Just passing on information that may not be known by some........

Jim works a full time regular job and then goes straight to his shop and works till late each night and that's pretty much seven days a week.  In between all that, he still trys to provide time for his three boys.  So.......he just doesn't have as much time to spend here, as he used to.  We've given him a reprieve for nine months to get his feet under him, then he has to come back here full time.
