No, an 160 will not fit, unless you modify the rear extensively.

An 140 will fit, and of course the 130. Some have put a 150 on, however with the thinner pulley and belt on the newer models, I think 04 and above.

Those of you that are running Metzler tires, what size are you using? Will a 160 work? Parts guy at the dealers didn't have a clue. He could Only recommend Dunlops! [smiley=thumbsdown.gif]

Yeah, 'er 'uh, mw8385,
I like the Dunlop because of the softness, which in my mind, produces more traction.  Not in burn-outs, but in curves. [smiley=thumbsup.gif]  I installed the 3rd rear tire and second front tire at 11,000 miles, on my '02 FLHTCUI.  I went to a 140 on the rear this time.  Have 14,000+ miles now, but it is showing definite signs of wear.  High speed flat spots.  I always run 40 lbs. in the rear and 38 in the front.  Dumb Question:  WHY CAN'T WE RUN RADIAL TIRES ON HARLEYS?? [smiley=nixweiss.gif]  Inquiring minds want to know!!  Later--HUBBARD

I've got 5,000 on mine as I write this post. It looks like it should go another 5,000. But when I do replace is 150 the way to go or stick with 130.
