Modulated Exhaust - Hushers/Peacemakers

I'm going with one of these two exhausts that were in this months American Bagger, any suggestions on which is better in your opinion.  (price don't matter)

I guess the difference is the modulator location.  Also the quality of the pipe etc.

They'll be going on a 2007 SEUC behind Vance & Hines headers.

If anyone actually has them on their bike I'd like to here from you.
