Here's how i like to do it as none of the electronics on the bike are activated.

Bike off / Alarm off
Be SURE your in neutral
Pull both spark plugs
install compresions testor in cylinder
Remove white plug (green wire) from starter solenoid
Crank engine 2-3 revolutions by jumpering the positive post on the starter to the male spade lug on starter solenoid

Repeat for other cylinder

Checked compression last night.175# cold on both cylinders.Squish measured through spark plug hole is .051 front .052 rear.Checked with dealer today and work order says they used Cometic .040 head gaskets. Will .030 gasket be worth the time to tear down.Build is 05 Road Glide 103 stroker,HTCC non ported heads and 10.5-1 pistons,S&S 585g cams Feuling pump and lifters, stock throttle body ,Rinehart tru duals. anyone have experience with a similar setup? Thanks  Wayne
