Leather is def going to make a huge diff.  Plus get you a hd circulator or airhawk.  I like to ride a bit higher in the saddle for some weather and they are the ticket.  Don't know how much extra height you get from the circulator though.

They make underwear out of all kinds of good fabrics now, just try some coolmax, solves the problem.  Least for me.

A leather seat like a Corbin is the answer to this. They breathe, unlike vinyl ones.

I personally never get sweaty butt tho... when I was young I found a bolt in my belly button, removed it, and my ass fell down a ravine. I never found it...
