You will be prone to decreasing equity and rate fluctuations regardless of your credit rating.....

And oh yeah, Howie isn't FDIC insured or eligible for a Bear Stearns-like government bail out.  If you don't pay, Howie's "Gotta Guy".

The way this thread started up there ^ unfortunately gives it a taste about as pleasant as the cat vomit and dog puke thread.  The only things important about what someone has or has not done to their bike are did he accomplish what he was hoping for and is he satisfied with the result.

Important in a different way is did someone else's efforts or screw ups force the choices on you.  But in the end it all should always boil down does the guy that rides the bike like what he's got.  Nothing else matters.  Worrying or needling about what he chose to (or, worse, had to) spend to get there is a little tacky.

I am not offended in any way at all. I thought it was quite funny! Since my spare $$$ goes into my bikes (and that does not include Binx's needs ;) ), I did what I had to, without batting an eye! I enjoyed the comments and took it as fun, the way it was intended. It's all good. I should not have had to build an engine, but F it, that's what it needed. So that's what I did. And everything else I did for Binx's comfort and safety! ::)

Would'a done everything I did anyway, so no surprises there. Except for about 10 grand worth of chit I never knew existed til I met you clowns! :P ;D ;D ;D

And now, as Don said, I have the RK of my dreams. As my 5th one, I knew what I wanted out of it. It's become much more than I could have imagined, and I LOVE THIS BIKE!!! :huepfenjump3: :huepfenjump3: :huepfenjump3:

And Casey, it's only $55K! :o
