Riding thru Zion National park
« on: May 07, 2008, 01:03:59 AM »

Here is a picture thru the one of the view points in the tunnel in Zion.  The tunnel is 1.1 mile long built in 1930 if my memory is right.

I forgot about that tunnel.  I remember I couldn't see chit as I was wearing sunglasses.  I concentrated on my wifes headlight behind me.  Turns out she had sunglasses on under her Nolan.  She was concentrating on my tailight.  Talk about the blind leading the blind.

Yes it is dark there are no lights in the tunnel and other than either 2 or 3 (senior moment) view points there is no light other than headlights and some reflectors on the walls of the tunnel.

I was thinking that too unless he survived a strafing run from a California Condor.  Great pics, thanks for sharing!
