unglued molding phenom..

Q. anybody else experiencing this?  the rubber molding (between fuel tank & center console) is starting to separate from the chrome..  Miss Piggy's garaged at night, mild San Diego weather, & just passed 10K miles..

Hey Piggy,  03 SERK still holding up for now with 17000k, but I have replace the 1974 FLH a few times over the years.                    don
