I like the quiet stock exhaust, so my plan is the download with the SE air cleaner up grade, has anyone done this, do you have any decel popping?

I'm thinking it will lean it out with the air filter installed, so it may need the download, but I don't want that dam popping.

I did the SE air cleaner before I switched pipes.  It ran fine, you don't need the download.

I've got the stage 1 download, (from the race tuner),  with the screamin eagle air cleaner kit and stock pipes, it runs great, no popping on decel.

So this map comes preloaded in the racetuner when you buy it?

Yup, it's included with the software that comes on the disc, of course you have to download it into the ecm.

It is also my understanding that this map is not the same as the one the dealer puts in for $150, its more specific.

HMMM, not sure about that. But you can certainly dial it in just about every way possible. My first guess would be that it is the same as the download provided by the dealer, and then after that you can dial it in as you wish. I noticed that they tend to keep it pretty lean on the low and midrange even with the stage 1 download, so there's plenty of room for improvement.

I was told the injector timing is not the same as the generic $150 download, which would make sense.
