Hi All,
Has anyone made there HD mp3 player fit w/ the WO575 bars?

Yes it will work but you have to enlarge the hole in the mounting bracket for the bigger bar.  I used a small piece of 1 1/4 tubing to mark the housing then used a Dremel to grind it out and some course emery cloth on the tubing to smooth it out. Had mine on the bike for a couple of years now and it works fine.

Yep, just as Magoo said, you have to cut it out, I have had mine on since 05....
