I have BUB 7's with the crossover on my 2008 SERK. They sound and look great, I'm very happy with them. It dyno's at 97HP and 114 ft. lbs of torque. The only other mods were a SE air cleaner and the SERT.

Sounds like a nice result.  I have not heard these on a bike myself, but I have been told that they are quieter then the Rinehart Tru Duals, but sound sweet when purring down the road at about 2800....   :2vrolijk_21:

Mine will be home tomarrow [no cross over] I heard them on another bike and there a tad quieter than Rinehart's maybe a bit deeper. I will let you know tomarrow how mine came out.

I have them on my 2008 SERK.  With the RT, Stage 1 AC, she made 94hp 112 tq.  They look and sound great.  Have a good bark when twisting, but not bad a cruise.

They are called Bub 7 because of Dennis's Streamliner Motorcycle (Land Speed World Record) which they run at the Bonnyville Salt Flats.

I'm also interested in the BUB 7s duals.  I saw a dyno chart both with and without the crossover pipe.  Much higher torque with crossover pipe.  I'm interested if anyone is running these and if so does the crossover pipe generate alot of heat up onto your thigh?
My '08 SERK with stock pipes roasts my leg at stop lights.

Just got my bike back with the bub 7 true duels , and SERT. Must say not real Impressed with the dyno numbers but I did it for heat reduction and to richen the fuel mixture. With a totally stock motor except for pipes and SERT I got 84 hp and 107 ft-lb torque. Sounds like the cross over would be a good hit.

Just swapped out my Rineharts for the Bub7s without crossover lot quieter than R/H at cruise deeper tone also. Dyno with R/H was 96hp 104ft-lb.With Bub7s it was 95hp 110ft-lb. Lost 1 hp but gained 6ft-lb on the torque thought it was a pretty good swap. Also did these mods Jet Scream back plate, fueling cam plate, fueling oil pump,ss adjustable push rods, fueling lifters,ss570g cams with geardrive.

Was the change in HP and TQ only from the exhaust or did you do all the mods when changing exhaust?

The only changes I made when doing exhaust was the fueling cam plate, fueling oil pump, fueling lifters.I already had the Geardrive cams, pushrods installed. My tuner said i would not gain any Hp but would gain some torque. Did the fueling mods for better oil pressure.

I just put a set of Bub7's on my 06' FLHTCUSE and I really like the sound.  They are deeper than Rhineharts.  I put on the true duals and changed the intake to a big sucker.  I really can't tell in the butt dyno that I lost any torque, but I think it winds up quicker than with stock exhaust and intake.

Have had them on a while now , great sound but exaust comes out between pipe and cap and looks dirty real fast. :(
