damn.  Sorry to see this.

Even worse is when the stealer says, "That's normal," they're actually telling the truth.

Maybe you will be the first here to get the "new fix" the MoCo will be coming out with real soon ;)

2007 Jester, 6000+ miles...

It's the first one we have seen....

It's normal, they all do that....

It's because of your power commander....

It's because you changed your exhaust....

What did you do, ride it on the third Sunday of the month?  Didn't your saleman tell you not to do that?  I am pretty sure it won't be covered...

               What leak, I don't see a leak...

Miss any?

Jester,  Had that same looking rear cylinder and the oil leak even burned off my powder coating. MOCO wouldn't warranty new cylinders because they said they could just be touched up with touch up paint. Well my dealer said it looked like chit with the touch up paint so they replaced both cylinders, pistons, rings and bearings. The motor is running better then it ever did before the leak!! The only draw back was that I had to do without Kaspr for 5+weeks. Harley got me though because I ended up buying another bike an 06 Springer Softail for my girlfriend but I rode it more because of the withdrawls I was having without the Scooter/Kaspr. The 7B gaskets are holding/working good and I am putting them to test in this 111 degree temps here in Arizona.

Yea, I can attest that the last gaskets seemed to have fixed the problem....

But we will see.

I still think you should have put that re-built Cummins in your jester Ken, but then again at $4.69/gal for diesel........ :nixweiss:

Red....That might be cheaper than this Jim's...I can't pass a gas station w/o having to fill up. But..I can't seem to keep my hand out of the throttle. Maybe if I rode it right itll do better on fuel consumption.

Sounds to me like you're riding that Jims the way it's meant to be ridden.  The "fun factor" that motor is providing has got to outweigh the mileage you're getting.   ;)

Tell me about it...went over $20 filling the SG the other day.  First time in 38 years of riding motorcycles that I spent $20 filling a bike.  But then again, I spent over $100 filling the Dodge Ram with diesel...everytime I fill it, it's a new record for the most I've ever spent to do a fill up.  :-\
