I've got the catless head pipe with 2.25 fulsac cores but want to upgrade. In my opinion there are 3 options.
1- Rinehart 4"
2- Kuryakn crusher
3- Vance and Hines high output 4"
I've had Rineharts on other bikes before and am leaning that way, but?

8 U UP, if the 4" Rineharts are like the 3.5" Rineharts that I had on an 05 SEEG, I'd go with the Rineharts and will probably do the same upgrade you're considering. I also have the 2.25" Fullsac inserts, catfree headpipe and 09 SERG aircleaner and the sound is not quite the same volume or sharpness as I remember the 3.5" Rineharts having. That said, I haven't heard what the 4" Rineharts sound like in person, so I'll probably wait. Rineharts are much more expensive than the Fullsac solution. Good luck.

gg, we are thinking the same way. I have a friend that is a Drag Specialties distributor but Rinehart no longer sells through them so I might have to bite the bullet and buy direct from Rinehart. I have some friends that are going to Sturgis and are going to check on the availability at the Rinehart booth. I'll let you know what I find out. The next thing I will have to do is figure out how I'm going to bump up the compression and which cam to use. I would like to be somewhere in the 120's for hp and torque when I get finished.

gg, I already have the catless head pipe and tts mastertune. Don't think I'll change the air cleaner. I'm still waiting for k&n to tell us they have a filter to replace stock. I'm guessing they are having a hard time increasing performance.

8UUp, agree with you about the 09 SERG air cleaner. That's why I changed from the stock CUSE4 version. Fairly simple conversion. I wouldn't change either.

8UUp, listened to all the Rinehart videos and came away thinking they may not be what they used to be on my 05 SEEG. Of course, those were 3.5", not 4" mufflers. Listening to those video clips leaves me thinking it may not be worth the time, money and effort to change out from the Fullsac 2.25 baffles. Plus you lose the stealth factor by going with Rineharts instead of the stock HD muffler shells and the Fullsac cores.
