I know a motorcop who was on patrol, made a tight u-turn, his board caught a road DOT, threw him off and he broke his hip. I'm NOT a proponent of board dragging, but I do think everyone should be exposed to it under safe conditions. They they will know the sensation, and learn the bikes lean limits.

No, but I've nailed cookies with a kickstand getting a real solid "THWACK" which gets your attention for a sec. I would assume getting a floorboard hung up on a cookie is worse than a kickstand. This is only one of the reasons why I never lean far enough to drag a floorboard. You're only asking for trouble riding that aggressively. ;)

That's my story and I'm sticking to it!!! ;D

Mark, Great job!  I'd like to take your class.  My wife and daughter are taking a ride with PRIDE class this coming weekend.

Very impressive class Mark.  I saw a group from Fla do a demo last year at Bikes-Blues-& BBQ in Fayetteville, AR.
wish we had someone in our area that could teach that class.

Didn't you end up in a trench last year :nixweiss: How's the bike doing now anyway? I miss reading your rebuild threads and haven't seen many follow up posts.
