I have had my bike for 3-4 months now. I changed the big radius,cams, pistons and thunder max tuner. Within the first few miles, had an oil leak. Took it to the dealer and had it fixed. Few weeks later, oil leak again.... Took to the dealer and changed gasket. No more oil leak. Was driving across intersection and bike went dead.. Coasted into a parking lot and ignition fuse was blown. The new tuner wire was rubbing and shorted out. Took to the dealer to rewire the wire. Went to Myrtle Bike week and put 800 miles on. The new tuner wire location was rubbing the paint on the oil tank. Dropped off at the dealer. Fixed again. Talked to dealer to dyno and work on baffles. Picked bike up and they felt removing baffles was the key. Loved the sound but lost the kick. Wire attachment still rubbing.. Dealer said nothing could be done.. I said plenty of places to rerun wire and touch up the paint inside of my oil tank. Also, read on Big City Baffles. Brought the baffles down to install with the final fix. Picked up the bike, lost the sound, but picked up some power. Was looking at the install, the baffles where in the wrong place and one was in the wrong direction. Changed baffles and put them in the right spot today. Wow!! The sound and power is back!!! The dealer never fixed the oil tank scratch.. What should I tell the dealer??
