Re-painting a Tour Pak

I have a vivid black King Tour Pak that I plan to use on a new Screaming Eagle Road Glide (Orange/black)  I would like to find a painter in the Phoenix metro area that can obtain the paint codes and creatively do what the MOCO should have done in the first place.

Any suggestions?

Thanks Howie...  I fixed the link...  Deano does most all of the Jim Nasi bikes...  Jim is an old friend who builds custom bikes in the Phoenix area...
