Hooker adjustable slip on mufflers
« on: August 05, 2008, 11:34:13 AM »

Anyone have these installed? I have  a  2003 SE road king. Looking for a better sound. the computer has been flashed, and the air intake has been upgraded, Harley touring slipons, a more free flowing hd model replaced the stock mufflers. the afr was checked by dyno and all is well. Will or should i re dyno if i should choose to install these slip ons ? any help much appreciated.

I've had 8-9 different sets of mufflers on my '06 SE Ultra.  One set was the Hooker Tuned-Flow mufflers which I'm guessing are the ones you are asking about.  All I can say is that of all the mufflers I've tried the Hookers were by far the loudest.  Performance was good but way too loud for me.

I had the complete system, header pipes and mufflers on my 04 SEEG on the Torque setting, did not find them to loud. recently switched to the Supertrapp Supermeg 2:1, I also like this system.

If any one needs a complete system get back to me.
