Rack and Luggage bag

Is there a company that anyone can recommend for me to buy a luggage rack to fit my 200 rear tire fatboy? and also I would like to have a bag that fits over my sissy bar. I go on road trips about 2 times a year and really cant afford the HD stuff right now. ( my divorce attorney is bleeding me dry )  Thanks for your help

And you still have your bike???  You are lucky.  That's one of the first things that they get!!
