Tour pak wiring

Got 4 wires coming into TP 1 blue 1 black 2 orange, the orange is rear lights the blue is sidelights blk grnd. got it hooked up and rear lights not working, sidelights good. is there a grounding situation or what. there is what appears to be a ground hooked to the ant and just dangling,
Any help with this?

Did you say that your ant was dangling or on the ground? ;D

On mine the blue are running, black ground and orange/white brake. If you've got the service manual there's a decent enough wiring diagram in the back. My antenna is "grounded" to the metal plate in the bottom of the t. p.
