Never heard of these heads? What are they?

How about the bottom end, Timken conversion?

Sounds like a good build, Did you run it on the dyno to see what she'll do?

I wouldn't recommend those cams for a bagger.  I had them on a Road King and they are a high rpm cam.  Make great peak horsepower numbers, but not much torque in the lower rpm range where you really need it for a heavy bike.  They pulled good from about 3500 rpm's on though.

Agree, don't want those for a bagger.  Need the low end grunt.

Toooooo much cam and I bet the heads are the 103 plus models. If you are buying the bike and really want it then do it. You will need to change the cams and I would think about using the stock injectors. This motor is set up for a high flying light bike. It is a very agressive build and the weight of the Ultra will mean you will be operating in the high RPM range to make your power.

Oh...  Interesting choices then.  When first reading I'd assumed it was a build for a bar hopper.  Light in town bike to play on.  Don't see much up there I'd want on an Ultra though.  Just not built a heavy bike or all day cruising.

I bet the heads are the 110+ or acr heads...both are similar to the ones that come on 110" cvo bikes...they work ok, but ported stock heads are better...I agree with the others that the 264 is too big
