Mailman may have lost it. Shouldn't be a problem for anyone without a letter to go to a dealer with v.i.n. and get set up for the work.

Damn I think your on to something , I can blame him and the rest of those hard core Conservatives. As a side note I did see the pictures of Ms. Palin and I may be reconsidering my position on her.
