Sptiz also mentions that there are more events now than in '72.  He is certain that he would have won more golds if he could have swam all the same events Phelps can.

I saw Phelps shattering 100 meters record he did it so effortlessly i guess he deserves to at least share the honor with spitz.He wasnt even breathing heavy when he was out of the pool. :drink:
