iPod wiring from the radio
« on: September 02, 2008, 09:19:23 PM »

I've been told it won't work, what do you think?  I'd like to wire a direct plug from the glove box on a Road Glide to the radio, so I can plug my iPod into it without running a jack cable to the output plug on the radio. Can this be done and how? It would look cleaner. Right now I have two male plugs---one to the iPod and one to the radio and it plays through the speakers and is controlled by the thumb switches for volume.

I just finished the pile of junk I needed to work on before I get to the stuff I should be doing----
