240 mm Sissy Bar Slightly Curved??

I just received a used wide sissy bar for my Breakout off Ebay and it is slightly curved.  Just wondering if this is typical for this wide sissy bar or if it is bent.  Thanks for any info.

it should be by HD (that is what was advertised, and it does look like their sissy bar for the 240 mm set up).  Don't know the part number.
