Daves doing ok, neck injury not as bad as first dianosed, his heel is shattered into a bunch of pieces, and he will be having problems forever with it. But he is out shopping for the new scoot as we speak. The other partys insurance was the absolute bare minimum, so he is sueing his own insurance company. :-(, Thanks for all the concern and prayers.

Please people consider installing a headlight modulator!  They won't guarantee against this happening but it sure increases your visibility.  Some think you are an emergency vehicle and pull over.  I have bought  3 units over the years from kisantech.com  They are awesome on a Road Glide.

My partner last night T-boned a car that decided that bikes going 50 mph were not worthy of being noticed or yielded too., he never had a chance, he is out of surgery, many injury's, (they hit him with morphine while laying on the pavement),  the bone sticking out of his lower leg is back where it belongs, fracture in his neck probably being the most serious (everything works stiill) but still, very lucky that he had no serious head injury's, Hit the passenger rear where the quarter panel starts, had he been a foot more or so to the front of the car, I don't think he would of faired so well, bike is wasted, took 6 of us to get it in the truck, with some help from the firemen. Quarter panel on the cage looked like  a car wacked it. The mother of the driver  is on her cellphone, she's telling someone on the other end, that some guy on a motorcycle just ran into my baby's car, like it was his fault, lol. No clue. I give the daughter a little credit, she was very upset, and remorsefull. She made a mistake and will pay for it obviously, I feel for the kid. Watch out for those cars sitting there getting ready to make that turn, they look right at you and go anyway.

I'll be praying for your partner's recovery. I'll also be praying for the mother of the driver and the driver as well.
Please keep me posted on how he is doing and of any prayer requests he might be needing. God bless.

I have seen the headlight modulaters  on a few bikes around here, do you happen to know if they are legal in all states? Seems like they should be
