Program Garage Door Opener?? Help

I need to re-program my garage door opener and my owners manual mysteriously came up missing.
I tryed to re-set it from memory with no luck, I must be skipping a step or two.
If anyone could post the steps on here from thier manual it would be greatly appreciated.

Mr. Bulldogs garage door openor is making him happy again.

It appears Mrs. Bulldog failed her door remote wiring test [smiley=shocked2.gif].

Chip and Nancy - thanks for the help on the garage door opener, still working on Mrs Bulldog on the Biketoberfest deal. It sounds like a good time, it would be my first Daytona trip on a bike. Do you think 20 years was long enough to wait, "I sure do". so I am hoping Mrs. Bulldog is going to see it that way too.
