Nice thing about that is it puts the weight of the TP above the rear axle instead of behind it. Should be noticeable handling difference. :2vrolijk_21:

That sure looks good.  I believe that is how I do it on mine when I get the bike.

So you must have two racks for your tour pack to be able to mount both solo and two passanger?

Is it comfortable in the solo for a back rest also?

I am pretty sure there is no way you could run it solo over the stock seat.  Correct?

the tour-pak back-rest did not work out, but i had to try.

i really like the corbin back-rest. so a few holes to stuff and here it is.

TN, You might want to try the small tour pack back rest that Corbin makes. I think it will fit in there. The pic is of my grandma, but you can still see the TP back rest.  :pumpkin:

hey tn i am just mounting up my chopped tour pak on serg and the overlap of the tourpak appears to be at least 50 % beyond the center of the detachable mounting plate.....so if you are looking up at the bottom of the pak it appears lacking in support on the back half.....i have not seen any 09 applications up close or otherwise and it is hard to tel from pictures ive seen if this normal or wrong

ps my is a two up application...rusty
