Here are my initial riding impressions:
Highlights:
1. The brakes are top-notch. I have the ABS option, havent had to use it luckily. Good feel and great stopping power.
2. Handling feels a lot more stable. Bike is very responsive to steering input at low and high speeds.
3. The best touring seat I've ever sat on a Harley. Did a 6 hour ride the other day and no issues.
4. Fit and finish is very good.
Lows:
1. Engine is under-powered. Its going in for some hop-up mods soon.
2. Heat is definately still an issue in stop and go traffic. A SERT and different exhaust will help with that.
3. 5th gear whine is annoying with stock pipes.
Overall, I would say a definate improvement from the 05 Glide I had.

Good to hear. I am glad they made the changes to the frame. Suprised to hear about the seat. Can't wait to try one on for size!

I am happy overall with my 09' SEUC4 aswell. I did notice a loss of turning radius when pulling her into the garage. I would imagine it's due to the increase in wheelbase. I've got 6600 miles on mine so far and love it. It's much smoother than my 05'  SEEG and the heated seat/grips were great on those early mornings through the mountains. I think it's going to be a great touring bike, much like my 00' UC was for 83k miles.

I read recently that the seat is a two layer design, with the top layer being more like a "hammock"...sounded promising, but from reports I've read, would probably be too tall for me.  Glad it sounds like you are happy with the new bike though!
