I have a 04 95in stageII RCI w/ SE slip ons. I have been talking w/ an authorized dealer  and installer about install of a PC. I would like some input reguarding just installing a MAP
that matches my specs(#807-011) or should I splurg and have  pulls done on the dyno
and create a MAP specific for my RCI?

One size fits all MAP's regardless of how well it matches your equipment is, at best a guess.  Most really good tuners will start with a map that has worked before with similar equipment and build from there to accomodate your bike and the way it was built.
