How do you get this off

Working on my SERK getting ready to put in the Traxxion AK-20s in. Cannot figure out how this part is removed and I don't want to lose my cool and stuff it up because I don't know how to go about it. :nixweiss: I don't actually need to remove it for the fork job but I will to replace the bars in future. All advice appreciated. All advice on topic that is.

 all inter. models have tamperpruff screws , use a left hand drill bit and thay will back right out. buy u.s.a. screws and your good to go.   axil

Or you might try an EZ-Out...  One of the tools used to remove broken screws...
